What’s everyone’s grilling / smoking setup?
I have an older version of that Weber propane, as well as the little table top Weber charcoal grill, the ol’ faithful Weber 21” kettle grill, and a big Weber smokey mountain.
I’m a huge fan of Weber’s stuff. It just works so well.

We grill year round even though we live in a four season area.
Grilling this Sunday, as I do every Sunday. It’s how I meal prep for the week. Been using a Weber kettle for 20 years now (not the same one, obviously). Recently got a Traeger smoker and use it frequently.
Pork. 1.5-2” thick frenched bone-in pork chops grilled over live fire.
The weather is suppose to be gross this weekend so will try next weekend.
