What do you think about temp workers? Do you feel that they are just as value as permanent employees? I used to be a temp a long time ago but got hired in after about a year.

How many of you have multiple jobs? For me I have 3 but the other two are just easy part time jobs. I used to do ride sharing and food deliveries on the weekend a few years back as well.

What are some helpful things that help you stay focused during work? For me I block/section off time during the day for myself so that I can catch up on emails or whatever I need to be doing.
