Is it common at McKinsey for partners to be heavily involved in projects? I work in industry and I’m on a project now where a Senior Partner and Partner are on most our calls and seem very involved in delivery. The EM takes point on the deck but less on client relationships. I used to work at Big 4 and honestly our partners were rarely involved.

What’s it like to transition from a media agency to account management in digital ad sales?

What are the good exits for Senior Managers? I keep hearing how people leave for 2x their salary.

I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product. I have 7 years of military supply chain experience, plus a year and a half outside of the military.
