I was going to say my paycheck, but that would be everyone's motivation. Aside from that, the sense of accomplishment I suppose. I do feel a bit of pride when I get a lot of things done. It's difficult at times though because I feel like I'm hitting the dreaded burnout.

Yes, of course money is always first for me as well but yes I would say that accomplishment would be in my top 3 choices as well.
I like the way this job solves problems in making sure everything gets from Point A to Point B on time and in the right quantity. It is a critical piece of the overall puzzle. Helping the drivers have productive runs by finding additional loads for the return trip is also very satisfying.

Mine is the passion I have for my job. It took a lot for me to rise up to the position I have now, and I take great pride in it. That pride provides a lot of motivation for me.

And I would say for myself the biggest motivator is helping out the clients/customs with their products coming in and out of our facilities as fast as possible. Some days can be brutal but I just stick with it and push through.
