I have a 6 year old, goofy golden doodle named Fenway (after the Boston Red Sox of course), a 7 year old cat named Tiger and an 8 year old cat name Sophie. Tiger hates Sophie and Fenway. Fenway loves Tiger and Sophie. Sophie hates Tiger but loves to antagonize Fenway. It's a drama filled day every day with these three - lol.

Looking to get advice on two different job offers. I am only concerned about long term career prospects in choosing one or the other. Offer 1: warehouse manager for a beverage company. Offer 2: material distribution manager for an industrial equipment manufacturer. Again, only want input on future opportunities that each might provide. Thanks!

Most of my family members think all I do is write addresses on boxes and toss them in the mail. Is there anyone else who has this problem? It feels like people think of logistics as unskilled labor

Was trucking my load across statelines, as one usually does. Turns out the new guy sitting next to me was never properly trained on how to secure said load inside the truck. Now we're trying to put everything back in it's place and it's so annoying. I don't blame him but still.

I'm glad people can order things online and get them the next day; but it makes my job harder because a lot of the people in my company don't see that we just don't have the infrastructure for that kind of operation, so they need to order it BEFORE they need it the next day

I worked at two different food delivery companies with nearly polarized cultures. One was transparent and collaborative, allowing ideas to come from anywhere in the organization. It’s very discouraging to continuously receive these rejection emails. With 9 years of supply chain experience, I am not sure why I would not be able to at least get an interview for entry level roles that require no experience. Not just this one pictured but others as well. I’ve applied to maybe 60 positions since May, both mid level and “entry” and no interviews. I’ve had my resume professionally re-written twice. Not sure where the disconnect is. Anyone else going through this same thing?
