I am finally at the point where I admit I have a drinking problem. Two nights ago I binged, and I’m still hungover. I’m tired of recovery taking so much time and energy out of me. Thanks for listening

Unpopular Opinion: I’m not loving Zoom AA meetings. I already spend all day on Zoom calls, and on my computer. Sigh. Thanks for listening. Keep coming back.

Zoom meetings have been fantastic. I can highly recommend my home group SOS. 7:30 daily. Great way to get grounded as you start your day.

Here in Brooklyn, the bishop closed all of the meetings in Catholic Churches. Not sure if that includes the rest of NY? Anyway, some groups have set Zoom meetings, a friend is hosting a small BB study

I had an opportunity to speak at an NA women’s luncheon this past weekend. I love being of service. Takes my mind off of a dismal job search and reminds me I have so much to be grateful for!

Was sober but picked up and used ugh. I’m high right now and idk how I’m goingg to get through work in like 4 hours. Have an important presentation to work on so can’t call out. So mad at myself now

A beloved member of my AA community passed away sober this week after a long battle with cancer. About a month ago he shared about how he knew his end was near and he was at complete peace.

Love this bowl! We’re encouraging and supportive. No snark like the other ones I’ve joined. It’s nice to have this space.

I relapsed after 2 years sober. Started a week ago when I grabbed a kombucha & then learned it was hard kombucha (4.4%). Last night I had 3. I drank bc I have been stressed. Feel like shit today.

One of my friends who I met at my first real ad job died because of this disease on Friday. I’m sad for so many reasons.
