Here is my current cocktail: Caffeine 400mg (200 when I wake up then another 200 when I go to the gym 30 minutes later), Modafinil 150, Bupropian XL 150. I used to take adderall but it made me crazy for lack of a better word. Looking to add a stimulant for focus. Suggestions? Currently deciding between Ritalin and Vyvanse. Also, I know I’m a stim junkie I was taking adderall for 20 years so my tolerance is pretty high. Please keep it positive and helpful thanks

I’m 6 month pregnant with a good amount of lower back pain that gets worse with standing and walking. Insanely, I’d like to take my 2 older kids to Disney before the new baby arrives. I’ve had a really tense, emotionally exhausting week. Things wrapped up yesterday and now my body feels so strung out and exhausted. Any tips for coming down from being so strung out without relying on toxic habits and just shutting down/procrastinating? (My brain is saying “go for a run” and my body is getting stuck picking at my eyebrows for two hours) I feel like my central nervous system is on a roller coaster.

Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed. Not currently seeing a therapist or medicated, managing based on strategies I learned from an ADHD coach back in college, so at minimum I would need to find a provider, which has been a barrier (cost-wise, finding someone with experience with ADHD, etc.)

Finally had a breakdown over infertility this AM and trying to pull myself together for Zoom. My tests are fine, but husband can’t deliver during my fertile window. I feel so hopeless with every month that goes by, and he doesn’t have any sense of urgency when HE is the one who wants kids more than I do. Just needed to vent.

We get it, ghosting happens. But has it ever happened to you repeatedly by the same person? Cashmere Agency in LA calls me relentlessly and then ghosts me just as relentlessly. Sales Force has done it two or three times as well. I can’t help but laugh and think about how it feels like getting a text from an ex—this didn’t work out before remember?
