If you didn't go to college, how did you learn what you know now in marketing?

Does anyone have insight on a typical Partner Manager commission structure? I believe the one we are using does not align with market expectations.

I’m an early career Project Manager (3yoe). My position as an Associate Project Manager got elimated 3 weeks ago so now I’m looking for new opportunities. I want to pursue this career because I love and thrive in this work. I’m thinking of getting a certificate, I’m looking at Cornell University’s online certicate then do the PMP. Wondering if anyone has any tips or experience they can share. Is it worth to spend this money?

Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

I just thought of an award-winning idea for an open brief. I know it’s award-winning cause I’m not a silly head. Is it weird to let my boss (who will be evaluating all competing ideas) know, or let them figure it out for themselves, cause they’re not a silly head either.

Anyone familiar with the operations finance roles at Apple? Are they typical fp&a jobs? What's the pay and WLB like?

I'm working in a company that I like, but I'm been quite underpaid. We recruited a new recruiter with a salary 25% more than the one I'm in. I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.

Would anyone happen to have any insight on base comp ranges for internal Lateral Attorney Recruiting Managers? Particularly for firms between 250-500 attorneys? I love my current firm, and have 5 years of experience within lateral associate, counsel and partner recruiting; but, considering how much money I save the firm with each non-search-firm attorney placement, I feel like there is higher compensation opportunity elsewhere. Thank you!
