I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again

I was recently referred to a Cloud Program Mgr. vacancy within Google’s Public Sector offering and am wondering if there are any hiring freezes that may prevent movement on the role?

I have an active Top Secret clearance and led Federal IT modernization/digital transformation engagements prior to joining Amazon earlier this year. My concern is that while I’ve led Cloud engagements in the past, I’m not certified or have a strong technical cloud proficiencies. Will this be a significant barrier?
