I got good internal hike last year like 30% but it's not upto market standard, can I ask for hike again this year amidst this recession times? I know they are recruiting new ppl with much more salary than me. Any suggestions hiw do i start the conversation

I am a QA engineer in an edutech company. I have an experience of 7.5 years (manual testing- database, front end, mobile and api testing).

I want to move to a BA role. I have good communication skills and an analytical mind. Below are 3 of my biggest questions.

1. Is it too late to switch to a BA role?
2. What are the skills,tools or certifications required?
3. How should I approach a job opening, given that I have no work experience as a BA.

My managers/partners think that I love my job because I am a top performer and have always had very good work ethic, but the truth is that I hate what I do and have developed severe anxiety working in PA for over 2 years.

Fully regret completing my MBA at a non target even tho I got into some M7s, mainly for ego reasons. Did the MBA to break into consulting, and I did but wondering if I would’ve been able to get in with MBB through traditional channels had I done M7. Hi all! As part of joining formalities, Barclays requires the document showing epfo linked with Aadhar. I have not linked aadhar with epfo. Only pan linked. Is there any alternatives available?

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
