Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. Also what is the hierarchy. Additionally they have offered me 9.5 as Total Base pay however i had asked for 11 as base. Can you guys suggest if i should ask for more ?

People that have small children - how do you deal with your child’s stress and separation anxiety when you go to work? My 4-year old goes berserk almost every day at some point relating to me having to work. $325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?
