I got the offer from Cognizant and Infosys
With same roles in both the companies.
But the salary in infosys is slightly higher.

HCL offered 23LPA(10% variable)
YOE - 10.6 Years.

I have received my offer letter from infosys. During the HR discussion the final salary hike was 40% but in offer letter they have given 35% hike.
Even the joining date is after 60 days (having notice period of 90 days)
