Not sure how it works there. I’d ask your manager for the specifics to make sure you will actually be receiving the bonus.

Are you sure you met the qualifications for the bonus?

Congrats! Where are you headed next?

Thanks, Will join HCL soon.

They most probably would do it in FnF and in case there is amount in excess then yiu wud have to pay it out

It will settled in fnf

Hmm, have you talked to your manager about this?

Hi Fishes, Put my papers down today. Couple of questions 1. Will I get the AIP bonus considering my last day is 20th June? 2. I'm at Analyst level Thank you for the responses in advance.

Looking for some direction... I'm currently a Lead Technical Recruiter for a company that has multiple (internal) SaaS products. We consider ourselves a software company of sorts. I've been in the tech recruiting world since 2006, but I was exclusively agency until early 2021 when I moved in-house. I love the people, but I'm feeling underpaid. I took a pay cut to move in-house because I was exhausted. I'm at 105k with no bonus. Fully remote. US-based. Should I be exploring other roles?

Currently interviewing with both one of the big 4 and a startup. 3 YOE total. Comp at big 4 would be around 95-100 base + yearly bonus with either associate/SA title. Comp at start up is 115-125 base + equity + yearly bonus of 10% paid quarterly with Customer Success Manager title. Start up is currently valued at 300-400 million. If offered, which one would would you take?

Let's see what we are all making. Include current salary, location, job role (e.g. Software Engineer; Product Manager) and YoE please. Reply using your comapny.
