How much audit assistant manager make in E&Y Dubai?

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?

I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. Hi I'm afraid to take up jobs that require to put a lot of efforts and responsibility. For a context, I'm a 15 yoe developer and I'm still working as lead engineer in my current company .
