Is there option of reducing notice period to 2 months in Capgemini by paying them salary of 1 month, or it depends on manager wether he will reduce your notice period or not. I have offer from capgemini bt i dont want to again stuck in 90 days notice period mess like in infosys. Its becomes really hard to grab opportunities with 90 days notice period situation.
