Hi,
I had received a shortlisting call from Axis Bank. The HR told me link will be shared where I need to update my documents.
I didn't receive any link and HR confirmed that there is some system issue hence link has not come.
Now, it has been 4-5 days, HR is not receiving my calls.
Is someone aware about such issue with Axis Bank HR portal? Axis Bank Ltd

Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hi fishes, Currently I have joined LTI 1 month back and recently I got a chance to join in one of my previous client and they are willing to offer me a position.can you advice that is it safe to switch within a month after joining one company and do I need to serve 90 days NP as usual or can I negotiate on that. And how should I justify for leaving.

First of all they are giving you 100%+ hike which is good, know your current market value for ur exp and domain. Try to negotiate by telling you have done some research and ppl are getting this much and i would like you to consider that range, like that approach. If you have jb, ask them to convert as your fixed if you want salary inc.
But its all in HR hand.
All d best!!!

Rule 1 - Always ask what band they are giving you.
You should do a prior research on the ctc range for the band.
I believe for 7.4 yoe, Wipro would give B3 to you. For this band, ctc range would be 13 to 27.
Rule 2 - Based on offer in hand, ask 10% more than you are actually expecting.
If your expectation is 18,ask 20.This gives a room for negotiation. HRs are good at lowering the amount you quote, hence this rule.
Rule 3 - Ask for a Joining bonus to compensate the loss of ctc that they are unable to give. Suppose they offer you 17 instead of 18. Ask for a JB of 1 lakh.
Hope these tips are helpful to you.
Thanks for sharing 🙂..will try these points 👍
Just ask don`t think too much..
Asked with last company too but didn't worked ....so just want to know how people will do good negotiation
