I already have an offer from other company. I didn't checked all the salary details exactly....later found that 1000 is mismatched from total..
The same offer letter I uploaded to Infosys portal

Will it cause any issue for further investigation in Infosys?
Will Infosys release the offer ?

16LPA fixed with variable 20%max .YOE 3.2 yrs

1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.

My main objective is to learn as much as I can. I know the work life balance can be off. I'm willing to work 9 -10 hours a day.

I have other offers from Cognizant.

When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I have 6.8 YOE with C.CTC as 16 LPA(21% VP).

Still 3 months of NP is pending (Received offer today)

2. Infostrech (Apexon now) 21 fixed 1.25 JB

Infosys permanent wfh (Infosys doesn't have office in Gujarat)
Infostrech (Apexon) 1year wfh then hybrid (office is there in my hometown)

Which should I go with?
