Just bought a house here. Is it necessary to have a sprinkler system installed in Houston? From the DC area where no one really uses them and it seems to rain just as much here.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
