How often is it okay to switch organizations? I know this is entirely specific to a particular situation /circumstance but just wanted to know, how often should one change companies, without coming into scrutiny for the same?

My situation: after working with an organization for over 7 yrs, I've switched from the next one in 1.5 yrs and about to switch again after completing 1.2 yrs in my current org.

Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector. Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

I got an offer from Tredence Analytics. Is this a good company to join at this moment when market is not stable and stability is a big concern. Currently I am working in TCS with 6.4 years of exp.

I am a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience, my current CTC is around 9.5lpa.

I have 3 offers in hand from KPMG, IBM and PWC .. All are providing compensation in the same range.. around 50% hike on fixed part!
