Been in the strat game for over a decade; I’ve realized that a strong department with clear process that is built on end to end problem solving (with time to think) is when I’m happiest vs this award show / case study grind. What are some agencies you all work or have worked at, that value strategy as a department and not a creative case study farm? Looking to figure out what’s next.

Anyone else tired of the constant changes in leadership?

I currently have a Master of Arts in Public Administration and am trying to break out of the realm of government and law enforcement.. that being said, I have been pondering the idea of getting certified in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) and sustainable business. Would this be worth the investment or should I leave that to people with a heavy finance background? Just want to be more marketable since my main background is in law enforcement data analysis.

Making my first job move using a recruiter, is it typical that they are the ones doing the negotiating? Is this standard practice or is it frowned upon to ask to talk to the Company directly to negotiate a higher salary?

I had a discussion with my employer about a better opportunity I received. She counter offered it. Any advise, if I want to stick to my current employer? I really like to work with my current employer because of challenging work. I get the same in new company as well. Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful?

Who decides the Hike percentage in EY GDS ?

Please help me to understand if counsellor plays any role in hike percentage or is that based on Current rating we have got while VPB announcement ?

We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.
Now I missed my period and pregnant. I am panicking a lot, not sure if I want a baby right now. Definitely i cant deal with pregnancy constantly knowing how much u drinking could have affected the fetus and if i could ever endure the consequences it would bring upon the baby
Help me understand if my baby will be fine or not.
