@senior strategic planner- how’s Mechanism so far? 😉

The place is good for getting good work on your resume. However leadership is not great and the culture stinks like a dirty diaper. I heard the culture was a lot better before the work started winning awards again. Still some good people left from back in the day. Also a major staffing issue where most departments are understaffed, regardless of the massive amount of revenue the agency is making. You’re starting to see AM, PM, and Creative specifically start to get burnt out.

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?
