I have got an offer from the Tanzu observability team. Wanted to know the wlb and the team culture, pretty nervous as the offer letter mentions working more than 40 hours and on weekends as well without any compoffs . Please help me with this info. Thanks !

I cleared all round at APISERO and received confirmation mail on 24th Dec,2021 communicating they will call for HR discussion in 8-10days. It's been 18days now and I tried to reach the SPOC but she isn't responding to the phone calls.

Is there any hiring freeze going on at APISERO?

Highlights of the year: flew out on 12hr notice to evac E Europe-based employees & families, plugged 3 exposures before they became breaches, built TVM/privacy program from scratch, onboarded new CNAPP.

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal. But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.

I don’t know about you, but this year, I want to get better at having a work/life balance. I love having the time in the summer to do things around the house, but struggle when the school year starts.
