Ladies, I commend all of you who are pregnant and lawyering on the daily! I am 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t been working much since I left my firm in March. I tell my husband every day “IDK how anyone is pregnant and practicing law at the same time.” After a morning in court last month I was totally out of commission for the day. If you are still working as a lawyer full time and growing a human it is something to be proud of!

I have no friends here and I don't know how is the culture and WLB at Nagarro. Please help me out. Also I have been reading many -ve comments regarding bench and firing. Is it true? When did you know your firm wasn't right for you? I'm not sure if it's just the stress of being a new attorney with a family or if my job isn't the right fit. I work in civil litigation and am consistently below my billables. I can't stay late because my kids need me and I can't work on the weekends because I have to maintain my house and take care of my kids. I'm being constantly told to work harder, stay later, etc but it's not practical. Or am I not approaching this with the right mindset?

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident.
