I want to get my masters in HR, but I also want to get my phr.. is it better to get one over the other? Or should I do both. Are there any masters hr program someone can recommend?

My heart is telling me PHR, my mother in law (an HRBP) is telling me to go with SHRM, as it’s more widely recognized, more established and a larger network in general. I’m currently unemployed and have applied to probably 70ish (maybe more) jobs over the last few months. Most jobs I qualify for either based on education alone, or education and some experience.
