Well, this was the first time I've worked hungover in a long, long time. The pain is real people. Suffice to say I won't be doing this again. How do you guys do it?

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? I hate that I will come nowhere close to goal...

I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.

I was offered X$ as a salary for a supervisor role. I asked for 10k more as a counter and received a greater breakdown of the correct pay being offered. With bonuses and shift diff it comes to maybe 5k more. That is only if the bonuses and overtime bonuses kick in. Do I still go with my original counter? This is very confusing for me.

I signed my contract when I joined my company and I negotiated my salary, they did offer a bit more than the initial number but what made me sign it was they mentioned it was qualified for bonus as well. So being new in my career I said that’s great and went ahead and accepted the offer. But now no one has mentioned anything about the bonus and I checked my contract and no where does it mention anything about the bonus. Can anyone help me here. Who can i speak to? My manager or go to HR
