Any PwC 🐠 had success escalating during GC process? Case initiated 4 months ago and PWD still not filed. Every time I follow up with PwC Law the response is always they are still working on job description and it’s really important blah blah. What has been your timeline? Had good experience with PwC law during H1B but feeling very frustrated this time, think they definitely are deliberately prolonging the process

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
