I am currently a Senior Customer Success Manager, with a background in Operations/Process and Project Management as well. Should I complain to a firm's HR if the interviewers laughed at my answer during an interview? Maybe it sounded scripted but it was still heartfelt and genuine: my immigration story and how that made me appreciate the rule of law. I said it soo many times during OCI's that maybe it eventually sounded robotic, but for the interviewers to laugh and one to say sarcastically "nice elevator pitch", I thought was rude. Thoughts?

Can anyone provide an honest appraisal of FTI Consulting's Transaction Services Group (1) deliverable quality, (2) team member professionalism, and (3) ability to win work?

The little I have read on fishbowl about FTI often positions them as the punchline of a joke. I may receive an offer, but do not want to go to a firm with poor prospects and limited learning opportunities.

According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, b2c, b2b and account management as well as sales management. I’ve got great skills and enthusiasm to give to a great employer!

I got my full and final settlement today but I can see no tax deduction. Does anyone know the reason. 4k tax used to be deducted every month till now. I also got gratuity and leave encashment along

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.

If anyone’s traveling to Budapest, highly recommend a wine tour in Etyek. Their wine is incredible, operate on family-owned vineyards, and rarely sell outside of that region/Budapest. I did my tour with City and Wine, which included cheese, lunch, and obviously, wine!!
