I am from Capgemini Engineering(Altran). It was Altran earlier, later on acquired by the Capgemini and rebranded as the Capgemini Engineering. Now, I have different different salary slips for last 3 months. One from Altran and 2 from Capgemini directly.
I have recently submitted documents with deloitte. I have another offer too but they have not asked anything related to this.
Should I inform Deloitte recruiter or not about this ? or it will work normally.

Design question for my work from home ladies - how did you decorate around a standing desk, large monitors, etc?

I find that with a large monitor there’s not so much I can put on the wall without having the monitor partially cover it - especially when the desk moves.

I don’t mind if the decor is covered when I’m using it standing, but want it to look nice when it’s lower down. Also find that with the monitor/laptop another square on the wall is too much of the same shape - any inspiration?

I like the industry, but don’t like my role, especially as I move up career ladder (AS->AD). Any advice on what type of roles I should explore within the agency world or elsewhere that would match my skillset, which is basically managing and delegating? I have covid symptoms and I'm waiting to get tested. While I'm trying my best to isolate from the rest of the family at home, my toddler is just so dependent on me for everything. Bedtime more than anything. We bed share right now and I'm trying to sleep in another room but there's a lot of crying if I don't go to her.

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.
