How do you integrate cardio and strength training? I do running & peloton for cardio, Solidcore (full-body Pilates) for strength training, and yoga for flexibility. But I can’t figure out an optimal way to combine them. Cardio/strength on alternate days makes it hard to have rest days; doing both on the same day means whichever workout I do second seems to suffer. Is there a “best” way to organize my calendar to get good results from all of my workouts?

Very random- I need to buy my son a suit. 5’3, 120 lbs. Likely a very small sized men’s suit. He is not happy about wearing a suit so looking for a place to take him to try on lots of suits. Also not trying to spend a ton on a suit he will put grow in 6 months. Any suggestions? Best nordstroms rack in the Bay Area? Will drive!

Anyone switched from Becker to Wiley and regretted it? I did and though I appreciate the bite-sized lectures, I don't enjoy it as much as Becker.
