Restructuring is happening in Wells Fargo at all levels, both in India and the US. They hired many people during COVID, and now they are reducing headcount to improve profitability. Since they cannot fire anyone directly, they have come up with a new idea: if your commits are less than one in a month, you are marked as a defaulter; not using Copilot, defaulter; not being in office at least three days a week, defaulter; not completing 5–6 hours a day, defaulter; not working on any project, defaulter. If you join a project that has work and still do not follow these rules, you will receive an email from your manager asking for justification. If you are not working on any meaningful project, the above reports will be used against you.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
