I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I'm accepting an offer with a new company... Start in early Aug. Senior Manager role, though in this company that equates to Manager at most consulting farms. They did not had hunt me. I came to them for the job.

I have COVID delayed vacations planned for the last week in August and the first week in October.

Should I just cancel one of them? Or should I at least put both on the table and see what they say? They're going to hire me either way, but I wonder if it's a bad start to ask for both.
