What's the market for mid-level UX designers (3-5 years YoE) in Austin, TX? I'm thinking about my next role and wondering what TC I should be asking for.

Has anyone had any real luck advertising on Twitter or other social platforms? I use them on the day-to-day so if I can monetize them somehow I will. Is it worth it to create accounts for your business?

Attempting to leave my current job for an opportunity that allows me to work, but doesn’t limit my ability to do some consulting on my own. Medical biller does anyone know of evening medical biller remote position’s? I work during the day but really need a part time position.

If we are working in shifts (12pm to 10pm) in Comcast, Will we get shift allowances?

Interviewing with a commodity trading firm that will match my consulting TC but with a much higher bonus component (30% vs 5-10% currently).
In B4, I have ended up with 0% bonus in the bad years. Can Industry bonuses be that variable too?

Any tips on a step by step game plan for finding a new job as an associate ASAPPP?

Can folks share their experiences of working during 2nd and 3rd trimesters? How hard was it? What accommodations or adjustments did you make? I’m only in my 1st trimester now but will be starting a new job in October (4 months before my due date) and am nervous about not being able to be at my best
