2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT 2.4L with this new light until 23rd to get 105k service done. Currently at 102538mi. I only get paid every 2wks & because of that delay I can't get it fixed ASAP. This is the current light: BRAKE SYSTEM SERVICE REQUIRED & keeping eye on fluids too as I just got a oil change done monday.

I am looking for a job and already on NP. Holding an offer of 23.5 LPA fixed and current CTC is 17 LPA fixed. Am I still under paid? And how much would a realistic target CTC for 9 YOE in .Net Full-stack?

Can a finance startup upgrade my payscale if I ask them to after completing the probation period?

Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).
