It’s also much more challenging and demanding than my previous firm, which is what I wanted, but I haven’t been able to dive in and face the challenge the way I had planned to because I’m really struggling with working from home, both logistically and psychologically....

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.

If I wasn't so desperate for the resources, I'd roll off 2 new integration archs that recently joined.

They both openly challenge my decisions (which are made in consultation with the team) with vague arguments, speak to me as if they need to "dumb down for the girl", and (continues)
