I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

I just worked with an amazing legal recruiter who placed me with a great firm (estate planning position) a couple of months ago. I've worked with recruiters previously and this guy is amazing. His name is Greg Walther with Emerald Search Partners. He can be reached at 206-299-0847. Feel free to PM me, I'd be happy to make an introduction or try to help in another way if I can. Welcome to the area!
As far as job search engines go, I like Indeed. Maybe see if the Bar Associations (State, County, or even one more localized to Seattle) have job search databases. Of course, you could always try the networking route too...see if there are any of your law schools alums in the Seattle area that you can reach out to. Or see if any CA T&E Attorneys you know have any connections in Seattle. Most of the legal jobs I've had, I have landed more so through networking rather than traditional job search engines. Good luck!
To be honest, I’ve had luck on LinkedIn the two times I needed to move. You’d be surprised how often jobs get cross posted there.
