2025 is here! As I step into this new year, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the lessons, challenges, and victories of the past year.

This year, my focus is on growth: growth in skills, connections, and experiences.

Whether it’s learning something new, exploring exciting opportunities, or building meaningful professional relationships, 2025 is a year to take action.

Here’s to a year filled with growth, resilience, and success for us all!

That sounds wonderful! I am focusing on a year of growth as well, both personally and professionally. The biggest thing for me is to be consistently checking in with myself on that. Not letting bad weeks take me down, and celebrating the good weeks. One step at a time all year! How do you or anyone else stay consistent with the goals they set?

OP I did the exact same thing this year on New Years Eve. I actually decided to do a vision board for the first time ever and it turned out really cute.

I just had my first ultrasound and they’re telling me I’m only 6w3d… but I really thought I was 7w6d based on my last period and conception date (I’ve been tracking everything with Flo). It feels off to me bc I’ve tested positive for 4 weeks now. How do you know what to trust?

I am lead counsel on a case - we’re suing 3 businesses and my supervisor is a named incorporator of one of the businesses although he is not an officer. He is asking me to bring the file and meet with him about the progress of the case. I reminded him of the conflict and he stated that the conflict was resolved because he also has a claim against 1 of the companies that he recently filed separately. I don’t see how that resolved the conflict…and he’s fully pressuring me to meet. How to respond?

I’ve doing this for a good number of years. I think I depleted almost completely my interest in this business. When I’m out of the office or during the weekends I get into a “leave me alone state” and don’t want to know anything about the office. I actually just want to get in the agency, do the best I can within the time I have available, and get out. In a business where “the most committed wins” this is not an ideal mindset, but I’m done. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?
