Anyone else have a formatting pet peeve and get annoyed when people don’t have a blank first column and row in tabs? I.e headers/data in cell A1

My first manager told me this, and I’ve followed it to a T since.

A partner I work for keeps asking for ETA's on assignments I have already submitted to the senior associate on the deal for review. Does it sound like I'm throwing the senior associate under the bus if I say I have already submitted to senior associate and am waiting for feedback? I feel like the partner will get upset at me even more if my answer sounds like I haven't submitted the assignment to the senior associate yet.

Looking for advice:
My dept has 2 directors. One is so rude. The other ignores the issue. The previous HR director told me to report any issues because she was building a case (not appropriate info to share, I know). She's since left and there's a new HR director. This rude guy has recently sent me several very rude things through email and I'm debating how to handle it. Is it worth it to talk to HR? Best websites to get more of a handle on Excel as a beginner-intermediate?

Anybody have the SQL server data mining add in on excel? Desperately need to run a really quick analysis through it but can’t configure it.

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

I created a macro to help me save time on this onetime task and now whenever I open my excel, a blank excel opens with the name of the macro. How do I get rid of it?

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.

Vlook up isn't recognizing a couple of cells even though it's feeding off a pivot and when I check with an " if =" it comes up as being the same.

What are your top excel functions you use in finance / accounting - besides vlookup - Pivots - sumifs - count - index. I have an interview coming up which will have excel based technical questions. Not sure what other functions are considered important in the accounting finance world.

Best way to lookup a value with multiple criteria across rows and Columns, for 3 criteria I usually do sum product. Any other tips?
