Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

Hi I am in ESG field with a potential offer from Australia- what is the competitive salary? I am getting 110 as a response from google searches but would it be safe to push for 140-150?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary


Just posting as a reminder to LEAVE that job (within a reasonable time 😂) and go where the money is!

(p.s. I already know some of you have had higher increases in the same amount of time & I consider 6 months minimum is “within a reasonable time”)
