Any firms or companies hiring now that don’t take forever with their green card process? My H1B ends in September 2024 and EY is not making meaningful progress on my perm process. Looking for roles that require really strong financial modeling and analytics skills.

What would u do in this "hypothetical" scenario.
1. Student gets 95 percentile on standardized tests in 1st grade.
2. 2nd gr teacher, capable and flexible but a little old school.
3. Parent, from foreign country, wants us to teach 2 years ahead of where student is at in math and reading in case they have to return to other country.
4. District's old standard for acceleration is at the 97th+ percentile and other students are much more"advanced".
5. Parent wants detailed steps for teacher's plan

My yearly appraisal in on the way. I worked for the same client for the last year but in 3 different projects. I received client appreciations in all 3 projects and in addition I also helped my account in creating proposals, etc. What should I expect in terms of rating and monitory appraisal. Would be thankful to any genuine advice.

Hey guys partner kinda said something during a meeting and I low key lost it during the meeting, we kinda cooled it out. But what are somethings I can tell leadership to do better for black or people of different cultures, I actually think partners should go to some of these meetings we have.

How far into your career did it take before working at a place that had black people in leadership positions? I have yet and it's making it hard on me to seek out mentors or even friends

Having gone through a very underfunded public school system I felt inadequate and I was able to coast by through college. Though I feel like Im capable now I still feel inadequate sometimes. Thoughts?
