I joined my current company 3 months ago when I suffered from depression, but I didn't tell the recruiter or anyone. Now I feel I'm really not able to contribute 100% in my current role, but I don't want to share my depression with my employer. I still need the $. Suggestion please?

My SO adds very little to our relationship. She has a dead end job. I cook. I work. I oversee finances. I plan trips. She doesn’t have a voice in the relationship. I’ve asked her to give her perspective but she always defaults to mine bc she thinks I’m smarter/worldly. She feels intimated by me and my social circle. Lately, I’ve found myself thinking for her. I was interviewed for IN4 Role but HR said based on Feedback they will give me IN3.
its for Data engineering.
My YOE is 7 Years and Already holding offers for around 35 LPA Fixed.
Two questions?
1) Should I accept IN3 level with 7YOE?
2) What is the Capped compensation for IN3 Role?
