I love swimming. My schedule has been off lately, so I’ve been out of the pool, but mornings I swim make me feel so good.

I love cardio long distance athletic stuff but unfortunately it reduces muscle gains. I’m in NY and all the girls are obsessed with the “gorilla” look. I prefer the calmness after a long run but hurts me in the romance department

depends on frequency, intensity, duration.
also swimming doesn’t hinder gains quite like running does. swimming will help strengthen back/shoulders.

I swim a mile a couple times a week - rest of tbe time is sprint intervals and weights (also kinda a giant so the bulk is less material re: girls)
