A few years ago I briefly joined a startup for under 2 weeks and left due to poor culture. I later discovered they had credited PF, making it appear in UAN records. The company is now mostly inactive and won’t issue relieving letters due to policy also i lost offer letter, but provided official email confirmation of DOJ/DOE/designation. I have payslips, PF and email proof. If disclosed upfront in future BGVs, would most companies treat this as manageable or as a long-term risk?
