5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs
Tech= aws devops
I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Should i join KPMG?

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I have an offer from Mayer Brown as a senior associate and they have told me that a guaranteed full EOY bonus is not standard or a market ask. My offer is in a non-NY office and the posting for this position has been up for six months.

Any recent laterals out there who moved in the last few months who received a guaranteed full EOY bonus and/or signing bonus for a corporate senior associate role?

Considering a move from a larger BigLaw firm to Fox Rothschild, primarily to work on matters I’m more interested in, but hopefully to also have a slightly better work life balance. I know it would be a pay cut though, and their various covid cuts have me concerned as well.

Generally happy with the cases I’m working on at my current firm and I love the other attorneys I work with and partners I work for (for the most part). Compensation would be the same. Mostly considering the move because things are so disorganized at my current firm and I end up pulling a ton of unnecessary all nighters, and I have virtually no administrative support.
