Been working for my company for over a year now. 14/15 months. Started me at 48k after college. No pay increase yet, I travel and do sales for an engineering company. Projects and products I sell can range from 5k-4million. But I don’t make commission, and neither do my co-workers. We’re a relatively small company. Where do I start the conversation with my boss on commission? And what are some of you other account managers/traveling sales people make?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. However, it seems like I’m not making it past the first 1:1 interview. 3 out of 4 have resulted in not the right fit for reasons unknown; they don’t provide any feedback either.
