I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Hi fishes, Need help!!!!! Is gratuity deduction mandatory in Infosys from salary, if yes if leave the organisation after 1 year, are we eligible to receive the paid amount? Oh hey fellow Boozer also looking at Leidos. Seems like there aren’t many folks from Leidos here and info on compensation is scare elsewhere.
It’s not just Leidos. Most federal contractors have different cost pools depending on the type of work. This impacts some benefits such as professional development. They sometimes will lay off entire staff to relocate the place of performance to cities with cheaper labor cost. Cheaper cost pools makes them more competitive. Partly to blame here are government agencies going for the lowest acceptable bid even when they said they won't.
No sure you can classify SAIC and Leidos as consulting businesses. They’re in the same league as CACI and GDIT. Based on my experience, only senior
Managers and above are eligible for incentive plans, which pay a percentage of your salary. They are not that great. Otherwise it’s performance bonuses.
