Advice needed: Utterly selfish manager, no growth, no progress
Only thinks about himself and his career.

Rejected my IJP, (apparently it looks bad on him), can't talk about career progress with him/her. Pushes others ahead but not me. If I call it out, i get targeted for small small mistakes at work and portrayed as a big issue.

Colleagues are worthless and selfish bootlickers..
Tell me what should I do??

From a financial standpoint in this market, which would be a better approach in Austin -

1. Buy a ~8-850k house that meets most of our ideal criteria (size, schools, interiors etc) to stay long term

2. Buy a ~5-550k house that’s not ideal with the plan of moving into an ideal home in 4-5 years when kid is ready for school.

How easy is it to get a mortgage for the second home?

Where do you find the time to get everything done in the day when you have multiple partners, associates and equity partners that interrupt you and want things turned around immediately while simultaneously working on deadlines? I feel like I’m the only one that can’t manage a 70+ case load without letting someone down. I constantly have to say “Can I do this tomorrow?” Etc. I don’t even have time to bill on the clock.
