What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.
In pre onboarding form epam is asking contact number and email id of ex supervisors and hrs from my past organizations. I don't have contact details of my managers with whom I worked 8 years ago. All other companies only ask experience certificate only which I have. How to tackle this?EPAM Anywhere EPAM Systems

No experiences to share but if you’re as young as most at that level, you’re fine. Always ask about progression and advancement, plus the normal things people care about like PTO, flexibility, etc. but as long as you’re nice and not switching to a competitor for a small bump in pay...you’ll be fine. Generally don’t burn bridges except that one you wish burned itself down. Light that shit up
I would try to stick it out another 1-2 years, at least after you're promoted to Senior (I assume S-1 is a new staff). I see a lot of companies paying a premium for someone with 2-3 years of public accounting experience. You're new company would have to do a lot of training if you left now and they are likely looking for someone who's been trained through the hell that is PA.
I assumed S1 meant Senior 1. PA isn’t hell. It attracts talent that is under stimulated. You’ll be fine either way OP because you’ll get paid. Only thing to remember is someone will always toss a few more bucks but long term it’s all a wash
I wouldn’t overly focus on a set number of years - what’s more important is whether or not the opportunity you’re considering will help you get where you want to be professionally

Thank you for the thoughtful discussion and yes I meant senior 1
M1, well thought
