After 15 months of unemployment and actively job hunting, I'm down to about two months of savings. My dad is replacing my mom's caregiver with me so I can care for my mom. I'm grateful to have income again and honored to care for her. But I feel guilty knowing someone else is now entering the same brutal job market I've been trying to escape. I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
1. I might also get offers from PwC or Deloitte, are they likely to pay more?

Can I file for EAD renewal more than 180 days in advance?
USCIS say we “generally speaking shouldn’t file for it with more than 180 days in advance” – but I’m asking if there’s any harm in doing so. I don’t want my 2019 EAD nightmare to happen again.

I feel this is wrong…first, if you’re someone who constantly wants to be better, this doesn’t work. Also, what happens when you’re going through things and you’re not the best version? What happens is…the going gets tough and then one person leaves the other.

Chicago personal injury/med mal 1-3 year associates: how much is your base salary before commission?

Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?
