After 7 years of working at the same PA firm. I think im ready to try something new. But not sure where to start. The amount of recruiters contacting me is overwhelming and they mostly want someone for a tax position in public. So want to try job searching some other way. Anyone have any tips on starting a job search?

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO.
