Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. 2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?

I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

@Tata Consultancy 1, I cleared both the interview rounds technical and technomanagerial rounds of interviews. I was expecting HR call but I received mail for SAP assessment and got call to complete assessment by EOD meanwhile it was already 7pm. So I was asked to attempt the assessment immediately, I was not prepared for it. But I have to give it like a surprise test without prior info. I asked HR if it is final round. He told its not any round.
I gave assessment not so great, immediately received an auto generated mail stating "We're sorry your Accenture application isn't progressing further".
But I am trying to check my application status on Accenture career But not able to check as it's showing error invalid credentials. I think it's a glitch as after MFA it's throwing this error.
So I want to confirm as it was auto generated mail, Was assessment an elimination round or how can I know if I am there or out. How can I check?

@software Engineer1 I am unable to check my status on accenture workday portal as whenever I am logging in it's giving invalid credentials error..
Accenture is behaving weird , first they took my first round of interview, it got cleared they sent me an assessment link to complete it ..in some min they shared that sorry you did not cleared the assessment.
Next day i got call from hr that they are scheduling second round of interview i appeared for that it went well . but after 2-3 weeks i got a mail that since you did not cleared the assessment we could not move forward with your application. If that is the reason they could have not taken second round and wasted the time of both interviewer and candidate and trust me the assessment was very hard.
When did your hr round happen? I gave final round on 10th October and confirmed from the helpdesk that I have already cleared that round. but still getting emails to book a slot for first and final round. I sent an email to my poc hr regarding this issue. She told me that I will get assessment email from their side. Don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.
Please let me know how much time taken by the hr update after final round in your case?
HR round happened 1.5 weeks ago, then my application went into no longer under consideration (IDK for what reason).
Then i applied for another job role with the same skillset, today i got an email to take up an assessment.

Same is happening with me. Cleared assessment, skills & final interview. Bgv started then got a mail for assessment. No idea what’s happening
For me it was same as first assessment & got call from hr after a few days
